Best Shabu Shabu Ever!

When we traveled to Tokyo almost seven years ago, we experienced our first Shabu-Shabu meal. It was simply amazing, and we have yet to find a place in San Francisco that's quite as good. When we made the decision to book this trip to Tokyo, it was one of the places (besides the Park Hyatt) that we were most looking forward to returning to.

The restaurant, which we now know is called "Syrena" didn't disappoint! It was every bit as good (and even better!) than we remembered. The restaurant is on the 52nd floor of a tall tower in Shinjuku, and has a most amazing view. The food was just delicious, and the service impeccable. We were so excited to return, and were so happy with our delicious meal!
