Happy Belated Birthday, Andrew!!!

Before I moved to Seattle, Andy and I used to have a tradition of taking each other out to lunch for each other's Birthdays. His Birthday was last Friday, so we picked the tradition back up today and celebrated a few days late. We had lunch in Japantown, shopped at our favorite stores, then headed over to Fillmore Street for some ice cream at Salt and Straw. It was a great afternoon. I look forward to our next outing!!

Fort Funston

Mike took this photo of us when we were at Fort Funston yesterday. I kind of look a mess, but Wallace is super cute!

We were excited that this was the first time back to Fort Funston in months that we didn't have problems with foxtails!! Yay!! Actually, I did find one on Wallace's leg when we got home, but it was small, and only one is a vast improvement!!

Good Morning, Olive

Such a silly kitty! 😻

Saturday's 18-mile training walk

Saturday's 16-mile route

It was a very nice morning for a long 18-mile walk! We met at 6:30am and took off for the first of two 9-mile loops. There were five in our group for the first loop, and four for the second. We ate lunch (at 10:00am) at the Transit Cafe where we park our cars. It was nice coming back in-between loops so we could switch out layers/socks etc., without having to carry everything the entire time.

We made really good time today. We finished at 1:30!

Wallace & the Frisbee

Wallace and I have been working hard on his Mad Frisbee Skillz. He's getting pretty good! Here are the best three of the seven videos that I took of him successfully catching the frisbee yesterday.

Please excuse my high pitched training voice. :)

I love this one because he jumps so high! Impressive!

I love that he barked in this one to let me know that he was ready.

Dick thinks this may be the most impressive because he is able to catch it over his shoulder.

A beautiful morning at Crissy Field

Pups of Pageantry!

Wallace and Kayak are working on a new competitive team sport: Synchronized Sand Rolling! They are off to a good start and working hard to perfect their routine. 😊

It was a beautiful morning at Crissy Field, and our boys had a great time runnjng around the beach and swimming in the Bay. ❤️

Happy (early) Birthday, Dick!!

It was a team effort, and the first time I've made a Birthday cake from scratch: Presenting Dick's Birthday Cake!

Another great day with Gina & Nicole

Breakfast at Voula's with Dick (before he went to work), a quick tour of the Go Daddy offices in Kirkland, a walk around Downtown Bellevue Park (first time I've been back since we moved, and they've since remodeled!), watched "Ordinary World" (Billie Joe Armstrong!) then Root Beer Floats and split a hot dog at XXX Burger!
