My parents are vacationing in Canada right now. Currently, they are in Montreal. They've been sending periodic emails and photos to my sister and I with fun tidbits and check-ins.
Here's today's email:
A great Costco experience
Once again food is the subject. In addition to their Hot Dog and Pizza, they serve Smoked Meat Sandwiches and also French fries and brown gravy (a fond childhood memory ). The Canadians call this treat Poutain (gravy and cheese over the fries)
You gotta love that:
a) my parents found the Costco in Montreal
b) they had lunch at Costco in Montreal
c) they found new and exciting food served at Costco in Montreal
d) they sent us a photo of their lunch at Costco in Montreal
e) it seems all Chows travel with their Costco cards!
