Loading boxes, crates, and a car

It was a busy morning here, as we further prepare for our move to the Seattle area.

The crate builders (who had measured our art yesterday) came at 9:30, the movers came at 10:00am (to load all that they had packed yesterday) and our car was picked up to be transported at 11:00.

At one point, it all caused a bit of a driving obstacle in front of our house.

The car was gone by 11:20, the craters had finished putting all my art in their individual crates by 11:30, and the movers were finished loading all of our stuff by 12:15. It was a pretty amazing whirlwind of activity, which all went very smoothly.

My thanks to the four guys at Graebel Moving Company for doing a spectacular job with the packing and loading. They were incredibly efficient, while still being careful, professional, and friendly. Top notch.

Everything is on its way to the Pacific Northwest now. I'm hoping to see it all again next week! Let's hope it all makes it safely.
