Anniversary Surprise!!

You may recall that our 9th Anniversary was almost two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I was in San Francisco and Dick was home in Bellevue. We had a vacation planned in New York later in the month (where we are now) and Dick suggested we'd celebrate together then.

I figured we'd just acknowledge our anniversary at dinner one night. Imagine my surprise when we checked into our hotel today, and saw scattered rose petals on our bed and, Godiva chocolate and a chilled bottle of wine!! This is a first, and was SO sweet and thoughtful of Dick. What a very wonderful surprise!!!
