Hurray! We all made it safe and sound to our new home in Bellevue, and all things considered, the trip was fairly uneventful.
We made it door-to-door, from our home in San Francisco to our new pad in Bellevue, WA within 4-1/2 hours! Outstanding!
Noe is still coming down from her 1MG tablet of Xanax. She's still a bit wobbly, but is starting to feel much better. We let her get accustomed to our master bedroom and bathroom first, then we let her out to explore the entire apartment.
After a while, Dick and I went to the grocery store, leaving Noe alone to explore the place by herself. Once we were back home, she was super clingy, and really wanted to be held by one of us constantly. This was a very new behavior for her, but I guess today was a very unusual and stressful day for her.
We cooked our first full meal in our new home - each of us taking turns carrying Noe, and cooking. She sat with us while we ate dinner as well. :)
I think Noe is going to be very happy here.
here's Noe, as she's first exploring the master bedroom. This was an action shot of her hissing at me, expressing her disapproval of the voyage
