My dear and wonderful friend, Tammy, came out from Chicago to visit for a few days last week! The main reason for coming out this was so she could join in on my annual WGI party! For several years, she and I used to to drive from Chicago to Dayton, OH, where the International Competition are held in April of each year. We haven't been to OH in about 4 years, and instead, have been watching the competition via Live Internet Stream from our homes. Tammy hasn't been out to visit us in SF for a few years, so this was the perfect opportunity to visit, and still watch WGI together. She was able to come out a couple of days early, and of course, we managed to squeeze in a lot of eating, and some city-walks in-between watching the color guards. :)
