A night at the Salish Lodge

Several months ago, I bought a gift card at Costco for the Salish Lodge at Snoqualmie Falls. The package included a weeknight stay in a room with a fireplace, two 50-minute Spa Treatments, and their famous Country Breakfast for two. It was a pretty good deal at just under $400.

We decided to use it to celebrate Dick's Birthday today. We checked in this afternoon, each enjoyed a massage then had dinner at their casual Attic Restaurant. Our dinner was topped off by Cherry Pie and "A damn fine cup of coffee" as was made famous when the Salish Lodge used to be featured on the show, "Twin Peaks".

We took a short walk outside after dinner to see the falls. I've never seen them lit at night. So pretty!

We're now enjoying a relaxing evening in our room. I just lit the fire. :)
