I'm not sure if blogger supports it, but if so you might consider using Feedburner (http://www.feedburner.com) for your RSS feed. If you do, you can move where your blog is (e.g. the url) and then update Feedburner info, and your readers won't have to resubscribe to your blog in their RSS aggregators. Feedburner also has a lot of cool stuff for optimizing your feed and tracking statistics and stuff. Really worthwhile to use.

Actually, yes, I've used feedburner for several of my clients whose blogs I integrate within their site. it works great.
I might look into it further for my own blog, but sadly, I don't have much of a site design to integrate it into. but, like you said, it would be a handy way to have my blog's url remain the same.
