Dick's sister, Kathy, sent us an email this morning alerting us that their childhood home in Cullowhee, NC is on the market.

Dick's reaction: "THEY'RE SELLING MY CHILDHOOD!!"

I asked him if he wanted to buy back his childhood.

I mean, how many people ever have the opportunity to do that?

"Buy back your childhood! Only $200K!"
