Dick has been leaving early each morning (7:00 yesterday and 8:00 today) going straight to the conference. He's been ordering room service for breakfast so he can eat before he leaves.
This morning, still sleepy, he accidentally spilled his full glass of orange juice over most of his breakfast, but keeping it contained inside the train. He didn't have time to order another and ate around the orange juice spill, which he claimed wasn't bad.
Dick left for work and I was still in the room when Room service called to ask how your breakfast was and to pick up the tray. I told them about the spilled orange juice (our fault) since they were picking up the tray.
The woman in the phone was so nice. She said they would have sent another breakfast up to replace the old, and I thanked he but told her that Dick didn't have time and had already left. They did come up to take the tray, and surprised me by sending up a new orange juice, some fresh pastry and a really lovely note!! Very nice!! Thank you!
