I was feeling a little bad that Wallace didn't get a Halloween Costume this year since we are away for the week. I was delighted when his Auntie Jackie at Camp JJ sent these photos to me!!
Wallace is a Viking!
Now he needs to find a dragon to train.

Mrs Knott’s Fried Chicken Dinner Restaurant
I don't think I've been here since 1991. The restaurant is much larger and remodeled (several times over, probably) since then, but the menu seems largely the same!
Peanut’s Headquarters
Good Grief!! We went to the Peanuts Headquarters Store adjacent to Knott's Berry Farm!! We had plans to go to Mrs Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant for dinner, and I remembered that there used to be a Peanuts Store here. I wasn't sure if it was still here or not, but sure enough!!
Super cute and rather large store! Such a fun way to start our trip!

Road Trip!!
My Dad is away in India for a few weeks, so my Mom invited my Sis and I on a Girls' Road Trip while Dad's away. We drove down to Southern CA today and will return to the Bay Area on Friday.
We don't think that the three of us have ever taken a road trip together, and we don't think that any combination of us have done a road trip together in over 20 years!
First stop: Harris' Ranch on I-5 for a quick lunch. We made it to Anaheim in pretty good time, and didn't hit much traffic until the last hour or so.

Wallace’s Pack
I'm out of town for a few days, and Dick is still going to work, so Wallace is spending the next three days with Jeff. Wallace adored Jeff, and hasn't had a chance to spend much time with him lately.
This morning, Jeff came to pick up Wallace and we were surprised to see that all the other dogs he had with him today were all Doodles!
Wallace was pretty excited to go out with this gang, so he didn't even wait to give me a smile before he took off.
I think he's going to have a good and fun week.

Ocean Beach
We are finally having a bit of an Indian Summer here in San Francisco. Wallace and I decided to take a quick trip to Ocean Beach this morning for some running around. He had a great time!

10 Mile Walk
We took a beautiful 10-Mile Walk over the Bolden Gate Bridge, down to Kirby Cove and back this morning. It was a crystal clear day (In High Definition, as Judy said!). Probably one of the prettiest walks we've ever done.
It was good for our souls.

Wallace’s 2nd Prize!
Wallace and I went to Paw Patch Pastries in SF to pick up his second in a series of prizes from his buddy, Aiden's Contest.
He and Samson each win a Halloween Bucket full of homemade dog treats! Look how cute these Halloween-themed treats are!
Olive was really hoping that some of the treats were for kitties (unfortunately for her, they are all doggie treats).
