Happy to report that my well-packaged and padded box containing 24 jars of plum jam made it safely to Seattle today. I had checked it in on my flight from SFO and all 24 jars made the journey intact. :)
I had made one more large batch of jam Tuesday morning, before I left for Milpitas. This last batch made another 18 jars.
I the course of my 5-day stay in San Francisco, I made five batches, totaling 75 12-ounce jars of plum jam!
