I walked back down to the Wishing Tree today, and took some time to read through some of the wishes.
What a beautiful thing this Wishing Tree is! It was lit in lights and full of hanging tags with wishes written on them. I read through most of them, and even took the time to write my own.
Here's a sample of some of the wishes that I read:
Please consider supporting me as I continue my journey to help those who are fighting Breast Cancer. The 2017 Immediate Impact Walk is a 20-mile walk through San Francisco on Sunday, October 15th.
At least 80% of all donations will be granted to our event beneficiaries!!! Each of these wonderful organizations provide services and funds to low-income and under-served people living with breast cancer.
Many friends have expressed interest in ordering greeting cards of my paintings. I've set up a zazzle.com store with several of my paintings and the opportunity to buy 5 x 7" greeting cards and 4 x 5.6" note cards. The BEST news? This is a fundraiser!! 30% of the sales of each card will be donated to The Immediate Impact Breast Cancer Walk!
