First (almost) full batch of jam for 2018

I finally had enough plums from the trees to make my first full batch of jam of the year. It's been a funny year for the plums (but at least I knew to expect it). We have a nice amount of plums on the tree, but not overwhelmingly so. If I can make a batch every other day or so for a few days, that would make it all very manageable, and we'll still have some jam to share.

Last night's batch make 10 full 12 oz jars of jam. It was super delish, too!!
