Second time making cinnamon rolls, and I think they turned out even better this time. The dough rose more, both before and after it was rolled.
I divided the rolls into two plans this time: one to bake tonight, and the second went into the freezer. I figured we shouldn't have twelve cinnamon rolls all at once, so I'm going to try to see how they freeze to enjoy another time.
