It was a beautiful day. The Chittenden Locks was very cool - we were lucky that we were able to see the locks in action. We watched the water in one lock lower, with boats in it, then the lock opened up and the boats went through.
We didn't hit the fish season quite right. We did see a few salmon in the ladder, but I think we would see more in just a few weeks. Still neat to see.
