My phone wasn't connecting to the hotel WiFi while we were eating cake in the lobby, so I mentioned it to the concierge. He didn't think it was having problems, but a few minutes later realized it was. He then gave me a bottle of wine and two boxes on chocolates for the inconvenience! (Also sending some up to the Crevier's room!)
