Campfire, Jazz, S'mores and Banana Boats!

What a lovely evening at camp!! Our wonderful friend and musician, Michele Korb, came out to play her guitar and sing beautiful jazz music for us as we sat out by the bon fire. We roasted marshmallows, made smores, and banana boats!

Sharla treated us to all the goodies, and taught us how to make the banana boats. I put mini marshmallows, dark chocolate, and caramel together in sliced banana. It was all wrapped up in aluminum foil, and put onto the fire to melt. We were told to fold our foil in a way that would be recognizable, so I folded mine into a swan, which ended up looking more a chicken. :)

It was delicious, and Michele's music was absolutely wonderful. Thank you, Michele!! xo
