Tonight's "All Things Cold" Dinner

I came home from my 20-mile training walk this afternoon to a very nice treat: My Gay Boyfriend was preparing homemade Ceviche and Peach Gazpacho for dinner! Dick joined in a bit later and made a wonderful Kale salad with plums.

The temperature in SF was in the 80s today in San Francisco, which is pretty hot for us. I loved that we had this delicious "All Things Cold" dinner tonight. It was all so delicious and refreshing.

BONUS: we have enough leftover for another dinner tomorrow!!!
