Dim Sum in the Castro!

My Mom and Dad drove up for a visit with my Grandma Chan today. They wanted to drive over the new span of the Bay Bridge. It has been at least a couple of years since my Grandma has been able to come up to visit me in my home, so it was very nice to have her here again.

We went out to lunch for dim sum at Mama Ji's - a relatively new and delicious Chinese Dim Sum restaurant in the Castro! It also happens to be owned by family of a friend of mine.

It so happened that our friend, Barry, was also there today - the owners of the restaurant are Barry's Brother, Marv, and his lovely wife, Lilly. We had a wonderful time catching up with Barry over our unplanned lunch together. :)
