Clipper Card

I bought and used my new Clipper Card today at my local Muni station.

So far, so good. It's going to be a whole heck of a lot more convenient than making sure we have $2.00 in change every time we use the Metro!

Here's a few things I learned about it today:

It still allows you 90 minutes for transfer time. Meaning, if you use it again within 90 minutes of the time that you first used it that day, it will not charge you an additional fare.

It also has an option to auto-load your card (via a credit card or bank account) so you don't have to load it at a station. Handy!

I'm so excited that this system is finally in place. Assuming it runs smoothly, it's going to be hugely convenient!
