Kathy & Phil's first day in Seattle!!
It was a day of public transportation for Kathy and Phil's first day: We took the 550 bus to Pioneer Square, then walked to the Ferry Station. We took the ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge, walked around their cute downtown area, then had lunch at a cute little Pho place.
After lunch, I found a bakery, where we had peanut butter cookies before we walked along a coastal trail back to the ferry.
Back in Seattle, we took the bus to the Convention Center, then walked to the Starbucks Roastery and Tasting Room. Kathy and Phil enjoyed a flight of syphoned coffee.
We then walked down to Pike Place and had an amazing dinner at Seatown. Soooo yummy!!
Walked back to the bus station at Greenlake, and back to Bellevue just before 10:00pm.
*phew*!! That was a fun and full day!!
Turns out, if you come and visit me in Seattle (or San Francisco!), chances are, we're going to do a lot of walking! Kathy and Phil were troopers!!

Boeing Factory Tour
I took Jim and Cynde to the Boeing Factory Tour today. Jim was able to check another item off his bucket list.
No cameras allowed inside the tour, but I was able to take a few photos of the Seahawks 747 and the fleet of brand new 787s.
